Doloc Town Accessories: All 15 Non-Badge Effects and Unlocks

Four routes, not one

The four bracelets are the only accessories you can simply buy, and they are the cheapest meaningful upgrade in the game: Heron's vending machine in the Old City Ruins sells Clear Quartz, Obsidian, Citrine and Garnet for 15 Coins each. Coins are the Old City currency, not G, so this is gated by exploring the ruins rather than by farm income.

Six come from relationships. Grandma's Button, Conductor's Pocket Watch, Thruster Radiator and Backup Power all require favourability 10 with Dada, Claud, Mody and Villain respectively, and each has an extra step after that — a letter, a cutscene, or a side quest, with a two to three day delay before the item actually arrives. Hult's Notebook only needs favourability 7. The Herbal Pouch needs favourability 10 with Alchemy and then a visit to her bedroom in the Botanical Research Lab between 20:00 and 23:55.

Five come from faction commissions. This is the group where the two wikis carry different halves of the answer: the English wiki records which faction each reward belongs to, and the Chinese wiki records the commission name and the exact items you hand in. Neither source has both.

The four that are worth going out of your way for

The Lucky Fishhook is the strongest economic accessory in the game. A flat 20% chance of a second fish on a successful catch stacks directly onto the fish-price money route, and unlike the Island Badge it multiplies value per catch rather than catches per day, so the two work together rather than overlapping.

The Herbal Pouch is a genuine safety net with an unusual shape. It holds a single charge, fires automatically when your energy is about to hit zero, and instantly restores 50 energy, which the Chinese wiki values at 4 hours and 10 minutes of play. Two caveats matter: it does nothing for faints caused by anything other than exhaustion, and after each use you have to go back to Alchemy to resupply it.

The Conductor's Pocket Watch is a 20% base movement speed bonus, but only while walking and only in Doloc Centre, Doloc Dock and Doloc Commercial Street. That sounds narrow and is not — those three districts are where almost all your shopping, gifting and quest-turn-in walking happens.

Backup Power quietly fixes the drone loop. It refills 100 power automatically whenever the drone runs low, on a 60-minute in-game cooldown that works out to roughly 48 seconds of real time, which is short enough that in practice the drone stops running dry.

The Citrine Bracelet has a trap

The Citrine Bracelet gives a chance to drop Goldcoin when you gather Rubbish, and the Chinese wiki records an exception the English page does not mention: it does not trigger when a drone destroys the rubbish for you. If you are running a Mining Rifle or Harvest Assistant drone loadout to clear scrap, the bracelet is doing nothing.

The Obsidian Bracelet is the other one with a number behind it. It negates the radiation debuff from the Old City's Radiation Chameleon Bugs, and the Chinese page states that debuff precisely: 20 minutes long, 8 damage every 5 minutes. That is an independent confirmation of the figures in our radiation guide, arrived at from the item side rather than the enemy side.

Where the two wikis disagree

One conflict is worth recording rather than resolving. The English wiki lists the Slag Tray as a mission reward from Cerro Rico. The Chinese wiki lists it as the reward for a faction commission whose name translates as delicious mushrooms, while the English wiki's own Treaty Port page shows a similarly-named mushroom request that pays out a Potted Mushroom Blueprint instead. We are recording both readings rather than picking one.

A second, smaller gap: the English page for the Herbal Pouch lists its source as Alchemy, using the character's name as the source field with no route attached. The Chinese page supplies the actual route — favourability 10, then her bedroom in the Botanical Research Lab in the 20:00 to 23:55 window.
